Tera 7.83 is a meditation app developed by JMS Solutions. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

All data collected by Tera 7.83 is used exclusively to provide and improve your meditation experience. Specifically:
Tera 7.83 uses Apple's HealthKit framework to read and write health data. We will never use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to third parties. HealthKit data is never shared with any external servers or third parties. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health on your iPhone.
Session history is synced across your personal devices using Apple's iCloud/CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is not accessible to JMS Solutions.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or health data with any third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks within Tera 7.83.
Your data remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Deleting the app will remove locally stored data. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud account settings.
Tera 7.83 is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Tera 7.83 is designed for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult your physician before use if you have any medical concerns.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of Tera 7.83 by contacting us at the address below. Since all data is stored on your personal device and iCloud account, deleting the app and clearing your iCloud data removes all associated information.

Tesla Field Meter
Your privacy is important to us. It is JMS Solutions' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, Tesla Field Meter.
We do not ask for personal information or your location, but use location services to collect magnetometer readings to display magnetic field strength on the application when it's being used. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.
We do not retain any information to provide you with the requested service. If any data is stored in the app, it is protected within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We do not collect any personal data from you and do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information — i.e. turning on the ability of the application to use your location — with the understanding that we will not be able to provide you with your desired services.
